Chuikhim is well connected by road from Siliguri, Kalimpong, and nearby hill towns. Private cars, taxis, and shared vehicles are available from Siliguri and Kalimpong.
The nearest major railway station is New Jalpaiguri (NJP), located near Siliguri. From NJP, Chuikhim can be reached by road in approximately 3–4 hours.
The nearest airport is Bagdogra Airport (IXB), near Siliguri. From the airport, visitors can hire taxis or private vehicles to reach Chuikhim through the beautiful Himalayan foothills.
